As an owner of multiple homes and businesses in Los Angeles County, I must say that Help Me Rent Magazine is, by far, the most professional, resourceful, prompt, efficient and reasonable team in the rental industry.
I was pleasantly surprised to finally discover a company wherein one can connect renters with owners directly, eliminating the need for third parties who charge voluminous fees for minimal leads to simply rent out a single property, usually to no avail.
I would highly recommend that home owners, business owners and small building owners utilize Help Me Rent Magazine for their rental needs as I know of no other vendor who provides their services. I cannot wait until they "open shop" in New York, among other states. Help Me Rent Magazine appears to clearly be "ahead of the game" in this field.
I look forward to doing business with them again in the very near future.
