I bought an Accord from these guys a while back. I negotiated the deal over the Internet and phone and made it clear to them that I was pressed for time when I made my appt to pick up the car. They said no problem. When I got there, they made me sit there like an idiot for over 3 hours while they found someone to start preparing my paperwork. I ended up missing a business meeting which cost me money. I won't forget this. Once they get you in the dealership they have no regard for your time or special requests. I'm only bringing this up now because I'm going to buy a new car this weekend and they won't be the ones getting my business. I tell everyone I know about this because this is the only way a business like them can learn how to treat customers in a rough economy.
