There are many on the net for whatever reason seem to want to slander and smear a company for whatever reason.I have never had a negative experience with GreenSmoke and would challenge anyone to order their product and report any differently.GreenSmoke is not perfect, nor are any other e-cigarette companies that I have dealt with. This is a budding industry and they are still in the process of trying to perfect the technology.One thing I can say is that when you have a problem, the customer service team has been very helpful and really made an effort to make things right. It's to the point that they have sent out the replacement product to me before they even received the defective product back.The reason they told me they do this is that they want to make sure the replacement gets there faster. Many customers who use GreenSmoke will go back to smoking chemical-laden tobacco cigarettes if they don't have GreenSmoke product. So, GS sends out replacements and products as soon as possible to accommodate them.This is unheard of as they could be dealing with a scammer and then have that person never send back in the defective product.I just wanted to express my own personal experience in contrast to Jewel's.It's crazy, I've never experienced BETTER customer service on the internet and here she is saying that GreenSmoke is so terrible. I'm just not sure why. I guess everyone has to make their own decision.I just wanted to be here to provide a contrasting opinion.GreenSmoke has done everything they said they would do and even went beyond it in my opinion. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to try an electronic cigarette. I've tried others and this company is the real deal.Thanks for reading this and I hope you can see through the smoke and mirrors. :) Paul
