I have been using Green Smoke for a while and liked the product. I even signed up to distribute it, because I was so impressed by the e-smoke experience. Well, their customer service has treated us so badly, and our distribution customer service person made an arrangement with us regarding distribution and then wouldn’t honor it, and wouldn't apologize when I caught him in the mis-representation, or correct the problem I was trying to address. So I decided I can’t distribute a product which I cannot trust. I must know that the company would honor their warranty if I or my customers ran into a quality problem. If I can’t trust them, I won’t represent them to others. BUT now I have a problem in that I have sold quite a few kits and own three myself and don't know if anyone else’s cartridges will work with the green smoke batteries. I need some expert advice please, as I use them, and now I have customers of mine using them and I don’t want to continue to give Green Smoke the business if they won’t keep their word, and you can't count on them to be honest. I did try to contact a supervisor in case anyone is wondering, and he told me that the rep I had is THE only rep that takes care of distributors and if I didn't like it, he didn’t care and I could shop for a new distribution agreement and my e-cigarettes elsewhere. I tried to locate the primary headquarters and information on who owns Green Smoke but couldn’t find that info anywhere on the web. So as I have no option to move further up the ladder, I am seeking a product line to keep my reputation in tact with my customers and continue to provide the cartridges for the purchases they made with me. Also, as for the sales rep affiliate program, I also signed up for that, initally, and used my funds to purchase business cards, et. and my time to promote the product and was I told on the website that residual income from purchases made by those I referred and sold on the product prior to becoming a distributor would be ongoing. Well I have now found that though I have done nothing wrong, my affiliate account and the commissions in it have been deleted, and I never received any of the funds. The best thing I felt I could do was to share this experience with others so that they can avoid the same experience. In my experience, the product is good, but the service is terribly lacking whether you are a green smoker, an affiliate, or a distributor, You will soon find that they are often out of several things and you often cannot get the cartridges or accessories you or your customers need, due to this difficulty.
