I placed an order with The Green Millionaire in August 2010 on their website to receive the free book advertised on TV. The shipping fee was $1.95 with a 14 day free trial. When I called on 8/23/10 to cancel, Tiffany x303 told me it was past my free trial period, no refund can be issued, and my subscription would be canceled for the following year. I was charged $89.95 for an eMagazine that I knew nothing about or even received. Additional material like a DVD and CD were sent to me for my troubles.
On Sept 7, 2010 I realized that the current subscription had been canceled and no refund credited to my account! This means that I am out money and service. So I called back today and was told again that they cannot issue a refund and they will reactive the subscription for the rest of the year. I was told to CALL BACK in A YEAR to cancel!! I am not satisfied with the service received! I wish I had thought to check out this company before doing any kind of business with them.
