Review 4/2/2010
|
I have just filed a complaint with the BBB and also the Consumer Protection agency. This business is the worst run, most unethical online shopping experience I have ever had and I do a lot of my shopping online.
I spent a total of 1800.00 plus dollars on light fixtures (supposedly green) I received only 4 out of 5 of the light fixtures all cheaply made from China and have been chasing the 5th fixture since December.
Then I finally called my credit card company to file a dispute on February 12, 2010 a full 3 months after my initial order because the company representative told me they would not issue me a refund for the light fixture.
Four days later they drop ship the fixture on my doorstep and I refused to pay for it and requested a return at their expense immediately.
Now today I get an email from a man named Phil Rubin requesting that I send him a check for the lamp or he is going to report me to collections. he also called me a liar and a thief. I am appalled and I have never been treated so shabbily by a business owner in my life.
Do NOT Shop At Green Culture. They are the liars and the cheats.
To top it all off, the 4 light fixtures that I did receive are so cheaply made that the shades are melted and yellowed after only 2 months of installation.
