What a nefariously managed company! Phil Ruben there, is trying to take advantage of anyone who is trying to buy "green" products with miserable "customer service" which is of service to only himself. They have deceptive advertising for their composting worm tower. When I ordered one, their web-page repeatedly described it as handling "food scraps". When I received it and read the manual it said to use no meat or dairy products; use only raw fruit and vegetable scraps. Guess what! Meat and dairy products are food scraps!
When I contacted their dim-witted Elizabeth Johnson, she emailed back that the manufacturer would not accept a return, therefore GreenCulture would not. The manufacturer did not deceptively describe the item nor sell it to me, GreenCulture did! What cheap reasoning. That's because it's a cheaply-managed company. The credit card refunded my money once, then rebilled me since I did not want to pay the $25 to return it. I then sent it back and they are reconsidering it. I am out $25 postage and $40 for worms never used.
GreenCulture and Phil Ruben are predatory and nefarious. No wonder why they have a no returns policy? What a hassle! Never buy from GreenCulture.
