I have ordered merchandise from Greenculture numerous times without any complaints. I have bought a compost machine, a rug and lights on different occasions. They know me as a returning customer and also consider that when I call. My last order was a bedroom set, which arrived damaged. I did not notice the damages on the packaging, but still called them. The customer service person seemed new there so it took her a while to understand my problem, but in the end they replaced the broken parts at no extra charge.
