Booked vacation package thru this travel agency. Advertised by travelzoo.com, which I used before. Juan Rivera handled the booking. Faxed all documents needed to his office. Credit card was charged one half in Feb and second half in March for full payment for 2 people. Two couples were going together. Attempted to contact him for questions. Tried to email. Messages left, none returned. My other friend was told by him documents will be delivered April 18th. Trip was for May7-14th. Today, the company sent email to me and my friend their company is ceasing operations. I should have followed my gut instinct something was wrong. I just want my money refunded.
