Still trying to get my money back.
|
A few years ago I ordered and had installed 5 windows. There were massive gaps between the window and the walls as well as they stuck out too far on the outside. I immediately complained while they were still being installed. Called the company, took pictures, and requested for the owner himself see. He refused and I was told I didn't know what I was talking about and that this was normal. I finally backed down. Now, years later when I am having an addition put in, the city inspector for my addition noticed the older windows (although not part of the construction job) and stated they were all wrong and that the only reason they didn't leak was due to my roof eave overhang. Ron, the service man, came out to see what the inspector was talking about. Several days later I was still trying to speak to someone about the problem when Blake, the owner, answered the phone. He proceeded to call me 'psychotic' when I calmly asked what was going on as why no one was calling me back. He then hung up on me and refuses to correct the original problem. I am pretty sure he doesn't want his crew having to step foot on my property so he doesn't have to fix the huge problem created a few years earlier. I want to reiterate that I never raised my voice nor demanded anything yet, Blake yelled at me, called me names and slammed the phone.
