John from Gogo Rooter, San Jose, just left the apartment building that I manage. We had a stopped up sink that our regular handyman could not clear and the tenant is a nervous senior citizen for whom the situation was stressful. I didn't know how bad or what the blockage meant, so I wanted it repaired right away, this evening. The Dispatcher was very helpful in making sure we got it taken care of. The technician was neat clean polite; sized up the job and promised it could be done within an hour or less. I certainly breathed a big sigh of relief having it fixed. I didn't know what kind of a nightmare was ahead. And this was not billed as a night special rate call. The company bills by the job and not the hour. My building owner, the one paying the bills is very happy about it. I will definitely call Gogo Rooter again. Thanks SO MUCH.
