Placed an order 30 days ago, still waiting, do not answer emails whish is a worry.
Has my order been misplaced or are they waiting on stock.
I dont mind waiting i just want to know the statis of my order
When i try to check on their website i am told that my order number does not match my email. An automatic reply to my emails tells me that they will contact me asap.That was a week ago.
Has anybody else had a similiar experience with gomerch.
Rating would have to be a zero for lack of support.
