I purchase Sienna Chestnut Leather Couch from Value City Furniture in Indianpaolis, Indiana, on 5/29/10.
I noticed on 11/7/10 where the material had pulled underneath an arm by the side of the couch. I filed a claim immedialy online and finally after not hearing from them I contacted them on on 11/27/10. I have YET to hear anything. I contacted them and have not had a response.
I am going to now pay a visit to the furniture store to get this rectified. I was hopping that this "warranty" was not "too good to be true" but now I am finding it is.
I have read alot of different not so nice things about this warranty company. Just google the name of Global Care Solutions and you will learn a lot. BEWARE of Global Care Solutions, and I guess we have to BEWARE of the company that represents them by offering their "warranty" product.
