Too bad there isn't an option for NO STAR! This is by far the worst purchasing experience I've ever encountered. I placed an order with General Bottle over 12 days ago and still have not received my order. I've called and spoke to a very rude receptionist who assured me that Steve would return the call . . . I'm still waiting on that call and its been 3 days. I did receive an email that stated that there were so many orders placed right before mine that Steve had to personally fill my order in the warehouse some 5 days after I initiated the purchase. Where was an email to let me know that my purchase would be delayed??? This company is a dog and pony show and not worth the 10 cents/bottle that you are supposedly saving by going with them instead of the competition. This is hardly worth the savings if you are stressed out about if and when you'll receive your items. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISMAL AND YOU MAY OR MAY NOT RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
