Several months ago I joined up with Gamerang to see how they would compare with the others in the industry. While being similar in price/slightly more expensive than some of it's competitors, it was worth the switch.
The game availability is (what I would deem) better than some of it's competitors. Several new release games were sent to me when they became available, and others shortly after.
The shipping times were much better than what I had experienced previously. With competitors, I may experience shipping times that were very low and also very high. Sometimes there were 10 and 12 day turnarounds. With Gamerang, it is usually 3-6 days for both sending a game and receiving a new one.
The website is fairly good, but lacks a little bit. For those who love easy to use websites, this one is a bit tougher. It didn't matter to me as I found it just fine to use, but some may not.
I haven't had to deal with any sort of customer service yet except for one time (if you can even count it). I had ruined one of my mailers and needed a new one. It was pretty simple to report the problem, and the next day they sent me a new mailer containing the next game on my list. It was a pretty nice thing considering I didn't expect it.
Which brings me to the mailers. They're a bit tough to figure out at first, and you may ruin a few in the process of getting them opened. If you use a knife it's much easier, but don't cut the wrong side or you'll ruin the mailer like me.
Overall, I'm much happier with Gamerang now.
