Yes I do agree that their customer service needs more transparency and to be less arrogant. GC will not accept any criticism but what they should be doing is taking each case on a case by case basis. An example is that they allow gamesmanship and other non-friendly tactics to be incorporated into their game and they never take action against the perpetrator and will point tot their often outdated rules. It's a shame as if they were more proactive it would definitely improve their site. However, there are not that many alternatives so if you like skill based games with an added interest of money then there are few options. One day a competitor will emerge to supersede gamecolony and they will fall on their swords for not listening to paying customers. Inevitable.
