I agree about their customer service. If they want to instil a sense of trust then they need to be more forthcoming regarding disputes and issues around money. People spend a lot of money here and there are so many loopholes which discredit gamecolony and there are other underhand aspects which gamecolony allow so you do think that all is not what it seems. I'm not going to day dishonest but I will say that it isn't all totally legitimate what occurs. So be careful if you are playing ticket games.
