Well...what can I say. My first days of playing Gala-Nets game, Fly for Fun (Flyff) we're actually very enjoyable. Then I learned about gpotatoes (special currency bought with real money to buy special items). Week after week would go by, and i would see nothing but more and more events focusing on buying gpotatoes. It wasn't all bad. I mean, the customer service's level of intelligence and their ability to deal with issues wasn't completely embarrassing. I mean, I only had to wait a few days to get a response to the simplest of questions even a drunken retard could answer. When I look back, and think of all the money I spent on this worthless game, then I looked deeper and saw the company itself. A group of shameless money-hungry frauds who didn't give two shits about their players/customers. People who made a game in which if you did not buy gpotatoes, you would be weak, unsuccessful, and poorly equipped. And so people began to steal their parents credit cards to buy a "quick fix" of gpotatoes that would only last so long before they had to refill (and not to mention that refining items within the game was a daunting task, knowing that you spent $20+ to buy items meant to improve the upgrade success rate, only to see it fail you time and time again.)I havent played alot of Gala-Nets games, but judging how one of their games is kept, I can clearly see they deserve an F. Ill wrap this up...
Customer Service - Absolutely and undoubtedly pathetic.
Quality of their games - Decent, but not something i would spend money or actual time on.
Growth from this businesses start - Well.. it was decent. Although, after a while everything became hell bent on taking more money form the players.
Unless Gala-Net makes a comeback, so fueled by the pure grace of god that it will be a full blown miracle beyond the proportions of human comprehension, this company gets, and will hold onto their mark of "F".
