First of all I received this product as a "freebie" with something else I purchased. I was not told by that company that this was a continuous thing and they charged my card and sent more product. I called the company to tell them I was sending the prodcut back and they needed to refund me the product cost and the shipping. Their customer service person, laughed and said some rather rude things. I then said "ok smart aleck*, let me talk to your manager." Not the most adult thing to do, I know. He then continued being rude and even muttered a few things prior to placing me on hold. I then let him know that he should place me on hold before saying those things. He promptly placed me on hold for a half hour. I then spoke to his supervisor who told me the employee would be handled with internally and if I did not want the product I need to send it back and they would then refund me the cost of the product. I asked her how I was supposed to beleive a company that had 2 employees disrespect me, that they were going to actually do something? She then asked me if I need anything else and hung up on me. Do NOT order from this company!! This could have been solved very easily, or not happened at all. The person that I first spoke with was rude and should not be in customer service. Secondly the supervisor should have taken care of it and there would be no problem.
