We hired GJ Gardner to perform a remodel of our home in Pismo Beach, and they served as our General Contractor for both the design and construction phases of the project. They listened to our needs when it came to design, and worked with us on value-engineered solutions that brought the project down to a budget we were comfortable with. The work performed was extremely high quality, and working with Paul and his team was a pleasure. Like most residential construction projects, we had issues and design changes surface throughout the process, some of which affected the timing and cost of the work. However, we worked through these issues with Paul and his team fairly and believe we ended up with incredible bang for our remodel buck. We will continue to use GJ Gardner for projects going forward, and can highly recommend the company to others looking for residential design and build services.
