Would never do business with them again

About the worst run business I have seen. We purchased a Futon on February 26th and the sales lady told us we would have it no later than March 17th. We were purchasing it for something for family to sleep on when visiting for a relatives up coming wedding which was on April 22nd. March 17th rolls around and we have no call telling us the unit is in. So my girlfriend calls them and the rep tells us the arms are back ordered until mid April. Well April 15th rolls around and we still have no call to let us know everything is in so we went down to the shop on the 15th to either get a refund or have it shipped to where we are now moving. The sales lady says she will talk to her regional manager to see what they want to do so we leave and within 20 minutes of us leaving the sales lady calls to say they have everything which curious because she didn't check while we were still in the store. We end up arranging for the futon to be delivered this week as we would be too busy with the wedding coming up on the 22nd. The Futon shop guy calls us today to confirm he will deliver tonight only he realizes he doesn't have the drawers for the unit. So we are now almost a full 60 days from when we first purchased the item and we still don't have a complete futon set. At this point we are demanding our money back. We would not recommend this company to anyone. I have never felt compelled to post a review of a company before having to deal with this store. Maybe if the sales lady had told us originally that there was a possibility that certain parts were on back order we would have been better prepared to deal with the delayl but 60 days seems quite unreasonable, especially when paying $700.
