How odd that this is the FIRST review- since I sent one months ago, and even got a reply from BBB. Anyway, this company is run by a Debra Clark of Pasadena California. She also goes by allurefurnituredesigns.com Her MO is to select random orders in the $600 range, take the money, plead that the merchandise is on backorder, then after a month or so cancels your order and keeps your money. She has done this repeatedly over the years and there are many victims. I have filed a complaint with the N Y State Attorney General's Office. I am presently pursuing her in Small Claims Court and have advised whatever other victims I could contact to do the same. Knowing Debra, she will not pay the judgment, but I will put a lien on her property. If you are a victim of this scam, please pursue her. She has been allowed to get away with this for WAY too long.
