The customer service on this company sucks big time!!! I called on Monday and ask what was the delivery time for the City of Palmdale. I was told that they would actually have a delivery out on Wednesday and if I order then, it would make it out for delivery Wednesday between 5-9pm. So I ordered. I received the email of confirmation that they got my order and was given an order # and that a representative would call within 24 hours. That was Monday. Tuesday came...NO CALL received. On Wednesday( since that was their delivery day) I called to confirm ( I would like to be home when they come) and this lady tells me that they don't deliver in Palmdale. Well that's funny because I think this is the same lady I spoke on Monday telling me that they deliver where I live. She said they sent an email Tuesday. I told her that I have my email open at this time and there was no email. She won't even apologize. Waste of time!!!I could have gone somewhere else if I was told they couldn't deliver. Plus, this woman tells me that it's automated to give everyone an order number. Hello???? If their processing and customer service are this bad, can't imagine how their products are. DON'T DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!
