On December 22nd 2009 I took my beloved dog Bentley to friendly animal hospital to be groomed. Usually I would take him (Bentley)to petsmart to have him groomed, However my girlfriend found a coupon for this vet in the penny saver. Bentley was a very people loving dog he has no record of violence he even used to play with my two yr. Old niece. Ten minutes after I dropped my dog off one of the techs from friendly animal hospital called me and told me I need to get back asp. Not knowing what was going on scared out of my mind I rushed back to the hospital. When I arrived the lady tech Stephanie said that my dog got out through four doors from the kennel in the back and out the front door he then ran across Goldenwest. I Rushed out to my car to go look for my dog. After driving around through ever possible neighborhood they called me and said they found him. He was hit by a car in the front of the Goodyear located on goldenwest.He was taken back to the hospital my girlfriend and I arrived and he was already dead. After the fact this lady stepanie had the audacity to claim my dog bit her in the face. She did indeed have a small scratch on her face that looked like in was done with a human pinky fingernail. Bentley was a terrier mix if he was to bite someone there would be more then a scratch on her nose. And aren't these people trained with dogs that they are scared of? When we asked them to provide the video tapes that they have in their facility the declined us. They also would not provide a medical record to show it was a dog bite. To top it all off when the humane society came they explained to us that because there was a claim that the dog bit her they now have to decapitate my dog. Thanks alot. Do not trust this place with your animal the lady's compliant above me is the 4th death I have read from this place and keep in mind they have only been in business a few months. They either overdose your animal or let them right out the front door to go get hit by a car. My little brother could take better care of your animal then this place. As far as writing reviews I know that this will be erased like all the other ones I have posted on ever other site. Somehow the bargain with these websites and get them erased but at least people can see it for a week and know not to take the chance of going there. And you will notice if you do go there they still have there doors wide open for you animal to run outside. RIP Bentley
P.S. They have a b rating when they have already killed 4 animals in a few months what does that tell you?
