I started a Loan Modification more than a year ago. I hired Freedom Law Center to help me with the modification, I paid them $3000 up front as they requested. Now after over I year I call the bank myself to find out my modification and found out that my loan modification was denied. Bank sent me to foreclosure and already have a sale date. Freedom Law center didn't help me at all, it was me calling the bank most of the time. I asked to be refunded since the contract said I would be refunded if Modification did not occur, they said I need to contact their lawyer. I'm sure they wont give me my money back. Dont use them!
