Folks beware of this company. They are nothing but a scam artist. I filled a complaint against Freedom Debt Center to the Attorney Generals of Massachusetts and California. Also filed another complaint to FTC in Washington, DC. I signed up in February 26, 2010. The money that we supposed to save at the scrow account is for settlement payments. The money is gone from the scrow. No creditors were getting paid. In other words, as soon as the money deposited in the scrow account they withdraw it the next day. Using the money to pay their employees. They owed us $2959.78. No money were paid to the creditors and no money is being returned.
Avoid this company as a piece of garbage. FTC and California should not have given them any licence to operate business and scamming people down on their luck already and getting victimize by this scam of a company.
