Company does not honor its contract. Payment schedule arranged to collect their percentage in the first 15 months of a 28 month contract. As soon as the service fees are paid the contract is simply cancelled supposedly because they are unable to contact the contractee. They send a message that states "we have been unable to contact you - if we cannot reach you we willbe force to cancel the contract". This happened to me: received this potential cancellation notice in early February,2011; talked with a representative on February 16th; was cancelled because they couldn't contact me on the 21t of February. Actually called back the representative who couldn't answer me why I was cancelled when we had talked just a week before the cancellation. They actually kept 51% of the money I paid them - contract percentage amount was 17% - looks like fraud to me. Have advised the Attorney General of the US,the Federal Trade Commission and the BBB about this company and its fradulent (in my opinion) practices. I have copies of letters, faxes and e-mails sent to them between January 2010 and May 2011 - at no time was I ever unavailable to them by snail mail, e-mail or telephone. They did negotiate one payoff agreement but NEVER contacted the other three companies at all. Those companies tried to contact them but were put on "hold" and never picked up; no other responses were ever received. Please be very wary about this company if you are ever contacted by them.
