Fransen and Molinaro did a fairly creditable job on our BK. Their staff failed to notice my wife's income was tied in with a partnership when we had our pre-hearing conference! The BK Trustee caught this right away with the result that the partnership from which she derives her income may be forced to sell out to buy her out! They, of course, are not going to do that willingly! Net result--our BK--though legally discharged--is still in litigation since last September and could drag out for months if the partnership goes to court! What a mess!
