They promised me a positive outcome on my loan modification they received my money i did most of the work for me they send me false information of my income and send it to my lender. When my lender denied my application they just told me to consider a short sale and they offer that for a price. I spoke to my lender and got my loan consider for and approved for the hamp program. Do not retain this attorney at all you could do it yourself plus they ask for the money up front. Illegal i found out that after. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Promised me a refund if my lender denied or they wouldn't take a no from my lender. After all they told me no, no refund or they wouldn't pursue it with my lender.
