After two years of trying to negotiate with my lender I turned to Fransen & Molinaro for help. I first met with Paul Molinaro who clearly explained my rights as a borrower. He was straight forward and easy to talk to. Paul wrote a settlement letter to my lender and was able to stop the harassing phone calls. Next I dealt with Katy Raborn. She was on the ball and would always answer my questions within 24 hours. She ended up negotiating a settlement with my lender of 20 cents on the dollar. She was even able to get the lender to agree to split the payment over several months to make it more affordable. Paul in Stacy did in three months what I couldn't do in two years! The billing was also very fair and they didn't add on charges for short conversations that most attorneys charge for.
