I was charged $150 twice for a quoted reservation of $53.61. There was a credit for $93.69, I assume to correct one of the $150 charges, but the other remains on my account.
I sent an e-mail to customer service asking that the additional $150 charge be removed. I received no response, and called about 2 weeks later. The rep I spoke with insisted that I was seeing things,and that if I Called my credit card company, they would tell me that there was not an extra charge. He was rude, did not help, and refused to let me speak with a manager, telling me to call my credit card company before calling back 2 days later.
This is still not resolved, over 4 weeks later.
The car was dirty and smelled bad and the check-in and out process was timely and unprofessional. I was told to hit the alarm to find my car at 12:30 am.
Very poor service!
