I made three mistakes with this company 1. I allowed them to represent me. 2. I sent them money for litigation $750 3. I didn't take legal action. I signed a document that gave them the right to negotiate a settlement even though their document states they will do what's "in the best interest of the client" they settled a $12,000 debt for less than $2,000. Within a couple of months because I wouldn't initially send them litigation money I finally sent them $750 for litigation because they never told me the account was closed and wanted to pursue my client. They explained on several occasions that litigation was taking place on my client they already settled on. I sent them the $750 to litigate not knowing they had settled, they even at one point told me the I had won litigation and should expect a check any day (it never came). I called to make a complaint and the customer service rep. Valerie told me the account had settled and they were applying my $750 to another account that owed me money. When I told Valerie that I was told a check was supposed to be sent me she told me that the one of the employees lied to me. After 8 to 10 months and many phone calls they sent my $750 back but first wanted me to sign a non-disclosure that I would not discuss the problems I had with RBA and not hold them liable I did not sign this agreement. PLEASE DO NOT SEND THESE YOUR BUSINESS THEY LEFT ME WITH MANY SLEEPLESS NIGHTS MAYBE SOMEONE WITH MORE MONEY THAN I CAN SHUT THEM DOWN.
