Rummson Bolling(RBA) called me several months ago offering to collect a debt for a fee of 20% of whatever they can collect per their contract. Shortly after that I was contacted by their office and was advised they had found the debtor and his bank accounts, and he had $90,000.00 in the accounts. In order for them to continue any collection attempts they would need to receive $3,000.00 from me to cover legal fees. In Oregon collection agencies cannot lie like this/nor can they threaten you with financial damages. Once I asked them to verify the debtor had the $90,000.00 RBA would indicate they cannot release that information as it is "Private". Also you should know RBA will threaten you with a lawsuit for defaming/slander them as soon as your relationship deteriorates. That is complete BS. Just look at their track record with the BBB, and you should also contact your local Dept of Consumer and Business Service they licence and tract bond information on collection agencies. If RBA has a lic. & bond in the state that you live in you can file a lawsuit and get your winnings direct from the bonding company. You don't have to try and collect after you win. I found they are bonded with Platt River Ins Company in Oregon under Bond # 41141520. Please think twice before you do business with this company. Thanks Michael P Bieker
