I only wish anyone who receives a call from this company would immediately hang up.
I am one of the fortunate ones. I only lost a ton of time (Intially called me in Mid March 2010). But I was totally lied to and 100% mislead. When I called to check on the "progress" of my account, I was RUDELY spoken to by John Pearce. He actually claimed that "I" was ungrateful. I had to laugh at this. Ungrateful for WHAT? They hadn't done one thing for me. I saw no money collected from them, as promised, advertised! Not one dime. This "haha man"... also said to me, referring to the money I should pay to them, QUOTE "you need to Cowboy up, do not call back and waste my office's time". I found this additionally humorous. THEY can call and aggressively harass people, but when the "client" calls them, they effectively turn the tables. Again - HOW can they even call themselves a business.
The real truth is that they come on VERY strong, say they are going to take care of a past debt for you (Touting all along..."No Recovery, No Fee"), but when they reel you in with the promise of retrieving past due monies, they THEN drop the bomb on you.. "OH, by the way... we have legal fees that you must take care of".. BLAH BLAH BLAH. What a joke this company is. An "F" is way too high a score for them. Have already alerted the Federal Trade Commission and would recommend anyone else that has been lied to by them, do the same. Have been instructed by counsel to contact the Attorney General. I suggest anyone that has had dealings with them to do the same. Your state's and their state, California.
This is the kind of company that should be taken to court and forced to close their doors. They are very "cagey". Bottom line. They are bad business.
