I have been a part owner of a furnace cleaning & repair company for almost 15 years now. Back in May my partner and I decided to team up with a collection agency to help us collect on multiple unpaid invoices we have acquired. From May to October business tends to get very slow for us, especially since the recession hit, people don’t spend money unless they absolutely have to. We definitely needed an income boost so we decided to send some invoices to be collected on. We looked into multiple collection agencies and saw things we liked in almost every collection agency we looked at. It was a tough decision to figure out which collection agency to go with. My partner and I opted to go with Rumson, Bolling & Associates. We signed onto to RBA’s forwarding fee contract and sent 5 cases into litigation and use of all RBA’s services. RBA’s staff began working almost immediately as we started to receive phone calls and emails from some people who owed us money. RBA has handled each case we have sent to them with care and have done an exceptional job of collecting. Two invoices that we sent to RBA all other collection agencies said it was close to being uncollectable if not uncollectable; however, RBA made payment agreements with my “uncollectable” cases. RBA has done an extremely exceptional job on my cases and we will continue to work with them in the future if need be.
