Very poor experience. In the past, mistakes made in making lenses which I was assured was a thing of the past when I went in again recently. This time, the prescription itself was incorrect and the glasses made from it were not wearable due to headaches. They redid the prescription, recognized it was different, and yet didn't take responsibility for this. Got the second prescription rechecked elsewhere, still wasn't correct. Waste of time and money. Even if they had compensated for the error, I still would have gone over a month with the wrong prescription and headaches.
