After placing my order for the initial 2 DVDs, I received the product. I was not satisfied with the quality of the workout included (they couldn't dance to the beat of the music, making following along with the workout difficult).
They did not make it clear that what I had purchased was a subscription service, and I was unpleasantly surprised to find that I was later charged over $30 for additional videos and exercise balls that I did not order. When I called, they gave me a return number. I brought my package to the post office and paid over $6.00 to return the unwanted items. I was then charged an ADDITIONAL $20 for the "balance" of the additional items, with them claiming that they had not received the returned items.
I was able to verify that my "membership" had been cancelled and I would not be charged any further amount, and would not be receiving any further unwanted items.
In these trying financial times, one cannot afford practices such as these, and I am completely put off from ordering items in this way ever again.
