Extremely Poor Delivery Service

I placed an order on 6/27 and I have sent Flex Seal multiple email's requesting an estimated delivery date. I have not heard from them so I decided to call. I spoke to a rude Customer Service Rep (7/3) who was no help at all. She told me I could "probably" see my delivery in an additional 30+ days. I told her that was absolutely unacceptable. She told me if I didn't like those terms I could cancel my order. So, to all you "Do It Yourselfers", waiting for a produce for 5 weeks might be ok, but when I pay for a product in faith, I expect for the company be truthful and respectful with me. I will never buy this product in the future.
