trust less company

i ordered 2 kinds flex seal product .. after week i don't got any of message from them when i will get it so i called them . wait around 15 min one person answer i will get next week . after week stuff didn't come so i called them again and they said shipping dept have problem bla bla ... this company cannot trust. i guess bum's company like crook. i canceled my order and take a look they will refund my money or not. it not just 1 star. if possible i will give them - 5 stars.
