Flex Seal Shipping/ Handling

I ordered and paid for 2 jumbo cans of Flex Seal product on 6/23/2017. I was charged $49.91. $19.94 of that charge was for shipping and handling. I called their customer service line and an automated system walks me through when my order was placed and shipped and when I should expect to receive it. Then it says "If you need to speak with a representative push #4." I did that, and it sends me directly back into the same stupid loop. That was a complete waste! Now, if I lived in some remote area of Alaska I might be a bit more understanding about how long it is taking to get my order (almost 3 weeks), but I live in a major metropolitan city. There is nothing you could tell me that would justify it taking almost 3 weeks to fill a 2 can order of product. I have no Idea if the stuff works or not, because I have yet to receive it. If first impressions set the tone, then I am in trouble.
