I've done shopping on the Internet for years and Five Star Fido has the WORST service I've ever encountered. First of all they don't have all the items on their website. So forget fast shipping. Second, they don't ship items out within the specified time frames. After waiting 9 days I tried to contact them to no avail. They don't respond to emails or messages unless you start threatening to contact your credit card company. Then they ship half the product, claim to ship other items, don't... I would never shop at this store again. I've gotten back half my money for items they didn't fulfil but not until after a lot of stress and aggravation. Plus the guy running the store is just rude. Save yourself the hassle. Also, after I ordered and didn't receive my shipment I did a search and found horrible reviews with similar experiences all over the place. From now on when I don't know a site I do a quick search. There are a few other pet stores that have similar complaints so you may want to do the same.
