Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service from this company. I placed an order with them over 3 weeks ago. The money was immediately deducted from my account. After 2 weeks I still hadn't received any communication on my order. I then left multiple emails and voicemails to their customer service department asking for an update on the order and a returned phone call. No response to any of my inquiries. I only received a voicemail message when calling their customer service line. I was never even able to reach a person despite calling multiple times throughout several days. Their voicemail stated that they were in the office and would return the message shortly. It has now been over a week since my first inquiry and nothing. Yesterday and the previous day I left them a voicemail for them to cancel my order due to the lack of communication and long wait from order to fulfillment. No response. Today I checked my order online and it is suddenly marked as shipped. I refuse to patronize a company who treats their customers in this manner so I will now have to return all of the items and am sure this will be an ordeal as well since I cannot even reach someone at this company. They had no problem immediately taking the payment for my order but then silence for weeks and they don't even answer their phone or emails. For representing themselves as a high-end dog boutique they lack the customer service to deserve that title. This company fails miserably in the customer service department.
