I don't know were to begin, but I will start by giving you a little background of how we ended up giving FFC a chance. (Best decision that we made!)My wife was out of work helping her mother battle cancer she was her caregiver. Our Lender just kept giving us the run around, then other companies and there empty promises just wanted to get paid and nothing changed the same results as we received from our lender knowing all this, they said they can help but at the end it was a lie they took our money and ran. Leaving us to give up! I had NO TRUST! When I received an email from FFC my family and I had nothing to loose but to gain if we were going to save our home and try this again one more time. After speaking to one of the representative and her manager we decided to go for it. Well let me tell you, you would be making a big mistake if you did not give this company a try! They take you step by step and are always there for you, ever call, every cry they were there, never did I have to place a call to them twice without the first call being returned. Every question asked did not go unanswered, they did not let me of the phone without knowing that I understood everything. Please take it from me I gave up HOPE a long time ago, but with the help of FFC, the knowledge of the representatives and there manager, my family has a new beginning we were approved for a modification are staying in the home our family was made Thanks to FFC and the great people they have working for them that never gave up on trying! I can't thank them enough! A million Thanks is not enough! Thank you again to All of you!!
