Our Modification was ACCOMPLISHED ! ! ! Whew....

I must give props where they are due. MAX GORDON did our modification Althought I was VERY VERY VERY skeptical of this mainly due to the fee that they were charging us which was not in comparison with any other of the organizations that I had spoken to
really put my antenna up. If anyone wants to know the amount you can email me at cruise1958@comcast.net; But when I finally realize all that Mr. Gordon and his Professional Team had to go thru to push me through I can half way see the justification. I said
and stresshalf way! But is is done and over with. Althought I was told by Mr. Gordon I had a 2% interest rate only to find out that was not true I wondered why my Real Estate Friend kept questioning me on how I could have gotten a 2% Inerest rate which did
not make sense to her well she was right. It was not 2%, however, it was substantially lower than what WELLS FARGO had me on as well as being in a PREDATORY loan.Mr. Gordon pulled this off with what seemed like a hitch. Although I do not know what all he and
his team had to go thru to accomplish it. It is done. Thank you Mr. Gordon and Team.
