Just Excellent

Hello Everybody, I would like to tell a story. A story that is all too familiar for many folks out there. A story that far too many of us know from first hand experience. In 2005 I purchased a small house. Yeah, I know, perfect timing right. I purchased right on top of the bubble. As a matter of a fact I think that my purchase is the one that made the bubble pop. For the past two years I have been trying to refinance with absolutely no luck. Either I wouldn't qualify for a refinance or when I did the terms and interest rates offered weren't very appealing. Then one day I received a call from someone who said that my number was given to them by my mother. It was an employee from First Financial of California. His name is Allen. He said that he was pretty sure that he could help me based on the information that was given to him by my mother. We talked for a bit and he said he would run some numbers and he would be in touch soon. He called back and started to tell me what he thought about my situation. He was confident that he could help. We continued to talk a couple of times a week and everything that he was telling me sounded good. I know that hope will make anything positive sound good especially if that's what you want to hear. Myself being aware of this I had to be skeptical regardless even if it did sound like great news. After about of month of skepticism and shopping around I decided to give Allen the Green Light. If it sounds too good to be true then it probably is. I figured that I didn't have anything else too lose so I went ahead and gave it a shot. I didn't have to pay them any money up front and if I didn't like the terms of the deal that they negotiate with the lender then I didn't owe them anything. Sounded good to me!! After doing the initial ground work with Allen V. I was then on the second phase of the proceeding and working with another FFC employee of excellent professionalism, Angelica. She was great. I was really surprised to find out that Angelica was just as good in her field as Allen was in his field. This was great. The process is now moving along quite smoothly. First Financial of Cali employees were always there if I had any questions. I could call or I could send an e-mail and the response was always very expedient. What else could I ask for. Now I receive a call from the supervisor. Another FFC employee specializing in the last phase. It may sound like a lot of different people to deal with however I'm here to tell you that it was more of a delight than a hassle. He was just as good as Allen and Angelica. This was too good to be true. Then I get a letter from the lender. I open it up and do you remember what I said in the beginning? If it's to good to be true then it probably is. Nope, wrong, not at all. It was true, it was all true. The lender wants to refinance me and wants to offer me a trial period. Of course I accept. I drop the payment in the mail the next day. This is crazy. Two years of trying to refinance and talking to company after company. Rude folks, pushy folks, unprofessional folks, greedy folks. How do all these folks stay in business? Not First Financial of California!! This has to be the most compassionate company that I have ever dealt with. No joke. I mean it almost doesn't make any sense that a company can be so compassionate, caring and professional. Maybe some of them have been through the same thing. They really care and are really here to help, unbelievable. I wish more people knew of First Financial of California. I want to give a huge and grateful thank you to Allen V. and his team. You guys are all great. And I also want to say thank you to all of the other First Financial of California employees. You guys do a hell of a job. To anyone out there who needs help or just has a question and maybe needs to be educated on a couple of things then pick up the phone. First Financial of California really is something special. Check them out and see what they can do for you. Thanks FFC, I appreciate it!! Oh yeah, I save over $600.00 a month now. Excellent!
