Exemplary service! Goes above and beyond whatever is needed and I would give this company a "five star" rating! Took out some very difficult Red Stains from Cool-Aid and some very, very soiled carpets from our rental! First Choice was able to take out the heavy soil contamination with their deep cleaning tool called the "RX-20". This is a wonderful machine! If you have any blatant, visible contamination in your carpets, then this is your company. They also took out some heavy staining in our grout. The grout in our tile flooring now looks brand new! I was going to tear out the carpet an d tile that would have cost over $15K. I am ecstatic about this company! Also, the chemicals (solutions) are all "Green Friendly" and hypoallergenic. I have very sensitive allergies to chemicals typically, and with this company, I have had no adverse reactions, so I KNOW their solutions are legit and environmentally safe :)!
