I was paying an Ikea bill online I was asked to complete an Ikea survey with on the completion I would get a reduced price on cologne/perfume all I would have to do was pay shipping cost. I was billed shipping cost and also the price of 2 items at $95.00 each. This company is committing fraud and something needs to be done.
