Silent charges to my credit card how did they do this

A package appeared in the mail with Fond Sprays M-2, 2805 N Glenoaks Blvd., Burbank CA, 91504 on the address label. I marked return to sender and did not open it. Did a research on my credit card and there was charges pending from Fond Sprays. I do not want any such product. My bank will not dispute it until the charges are finalized. So, I have to contact my bank each day and when it is finalized, they will dispute it with my request. I was told the only other way is to cancel my card and get another. Oh that is lovely isn't it?
