9 months ago we asked Certified Financial Protection Group to review and provide a loan modification - which, through our loan broker, assured us a money back guarantee, both verbally and in the contract. In every case, CFPG has been slow at getting back to us, and make me wonder if they are really doing anything! The bank finally told us that the loan modification was denied almost 5 months ago. We have now asked for our money back, and will work with the district attorney and federal trade commission if necessary. We are hoping for the best ... Will keep you posted.
