Just let you know, this company is NOT a loan modification company, it is a Forensic Home Audit, that leads to a FREE modification. We are allowed to collect an upfront fee cause we are not a Loan Modification Company, the Forensic Home Audit is a tangible item, that the client gets in return for their money, so someone is very misinformed. As for the client not getting their money back, this company is very transparent so all you have to do is call the CEO Mike Wayman, I am sure he will respond. And just for the record most if not all Loan Modification Companies are all rated with an F due to the risk of the business, however remember Certified is NOT a Modification company, go visit their office in Temecula, Ca, they welcome the public.
